HARD WORK IN CLASS PAYS OFF

It's always great to hear wonderful news about our former students. Our welding instructor, Nick Moran, got an email from two skilled trades recruiters from Aerotek who had attended our job fair given for our students this spring. They reported to Nick that our student, Anthony Zaragoza (Plainfield South 2019), interviewed with a welding company. The recruiters, Alex Vaughan and Nick Norton, reported Anthony "crushed the interview and the weld test and was offered a full-time position as a welder with the company." Way to go Anthony! What great news! The recruiters said they had found two other Wilco students jobs also and told our teacher, Nick, to send them any of his students and they would find them jobs because they knew if they passed the Wilco welding program, they were ready! That's such a great compliment to our students, our teacher and for our school. Pats on the back all around! Best of luck Anthony on your new job and the other students who are out there putting those hard-earned skills to work!
