Today, Plainfield South High School junior, Megan Brzozowski showcased her Belle Themed cake. Megan shared, her inspiration for making the cake was from the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast. Megan enjoys sharing her passion for cake decorating with others! Chef Kinzer and Chef Dudgeon are super supportive of helping students develop skills, as well as teaching them new techniques, shared Megan. "My Wilco program has helped me realize my dream of working in the Culinary industry is obtainable and will be the icing on the cake!"
