Wilco Culinary program kicked off the holiday season at their Holiday Tea Luncheon on Wednesday, December 7th at Wilco Area Career Center.
The Holiday Tea service offered selections including Quiche Lorraine, Mini Ham Brie Cranberry Compote on Rye, Cucumber Tea Sandwiches and Roasted Pork and Caramelized onion Confit Sandwiches. Decadent delicious sweets included beautifully adorned Mini Chocolate Cherry Pot de Creme, Mini Sugar Plum Tarts and Assorted Tea Cookies. Attendees selected from traditional and holiday blend French teas to steep and sip while embracing the spirit of the season.
