AWS Student Chapter receives Donation

The AWS  Student Chapter hosted a Parents Night to invite Wilco Welding Parents to the Career Center to learn welding skills from their student. The AWS Student Chapter Chairman Evan Margalus and Wilco Welding Instructors Lisa Moran and Guadalupe Ruiz hosted the event.  The AWS awarded Lisa Moran, Evan Margalus PEHS (12), and Guadalupe Ruiz a check for $2,500 to use toward the purchase of equipment, supplies, etc. for the Wilco Welding Program. 

Wilco HOSA Blood Drive Results

​O n Wednesday, December 4th Wilco HOSA students hosted the American Red Cross to collect 35 units of blood which could save 105 lives.  The students value the importance of d onating blood and the potential it has on saving lives. Wilco ECE Program receives Donation

Wilco Preschoolers and CNA students hold Teddy Bear check-up Day

  Wilco’s Medical Assisting program led by instructor Nancy Evans  and the Wilco Preschool Lab led by  instructor Stephanie Perella collaborated on a Special Teddy Bear check up.  The high school students ran the entire event practicing skills of their Wilco career pathway/coursework. Wilco HOSA students volunteer day at Project C.U.R.E.
